Syncing is currently only one-way – from NationBuilder into Campaign Dashboard.
Any volunteer with the volunteer checkbox checked is included – if you have past volunteers with it checked that you don’t want pushed over, we’d recommend bulk updating them to remove the volunteer checkbox & add a tag to denote that they’re a past volunteer.
Volunteers missing a first name, last name, or email address are omitted. All three fields must be populated.
Sync isn’t immediate, but new volunteers are pushed over several times per day.
If a volunteer already exists in Campaign Dashboard with that email address, they won’t be duplicated or overwritten (apart from any missing data, such as if they didn’t have an address filled out).
